Township Pulse, trading as MzansiLingua, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to lesson packs, single lessons, academy memberships, bundles, phrase books, dictionaries and children's readers bought through this website.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles refunds on our behalf. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or send us a message through our contact page and the academy office will arrange it for you.
Memberships
You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and anything you have already downloaded stays yours to keep.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the amount.

The first trial lesson is free and requires no card, so you can try a language before paying anything.
